In its Olympia office, Forma Construction Co. hired Alex Chicano and Nolan Fraley as project engineers; Christine Grantham as payroll specialist; and Brittany Hellwege as project accountant. Chicano is working on the Chehalis Elementary School replacement. He has seven years of industry experience, and holds a bachelor’s degree in administrative management from Central Washington University. Fraley, a retired Marine Corps corporal with three years of project management experience, is working on the Centralia High School replacement. He holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from the University of Washington. Grantham spent six years as an administrative support assistant for the U.S. Army in Germany. Hellwege has eight years of estimating and accounting experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in photography from California State University, Fresno.

In Seattle, JTM Construction promoted Ben Coffman to vice president, Kyle Nevils and Torrey Davis to senior project managers, and Ryan Mara and Michael Orme to project managers. The company also hired Preston Socha as senior estimator and Brad Cassidy as project engineer.

Jill Marilley was named construction services manager for the Pacific Northwest region of WSP USA. Based in the Seattle office, Marilley manages operations in Washington, Oregon and Hawaii. She has over 30 years of design and construction management experience, including stints as a senior project manager with a Bellevue engineering firm, as public works director and city engineer for the city of Mill Creek, and as city engineer for the city of Shoreline.

The Walsh Group hired William G. Maibusch as project executive in its Seattle office. Maibusch held the same title at Andersen Construction, and has experience in healthcare, educational and high-rise projects.
