AIDS Housing of Washington recently celebrated the completion of the $1.3 million Shirley Bridge Bungalows, a six-unit housing community in West Seattle for low-income people and families who are living with AIDS. Eligible tenants earn less than $16,350 a year -- 30 percent of median income for the area.
