TRICO Companies has named Aaron Wagenaar as senior estimator, a key role supporting the successful acquisition and delivery of construction projects from conceptual pricing through final proposal.
Wagenaar brings a strong background in efficient and accurate estimating, trade partner engagement, and market awareness across institutional, residential, and commercial construction. He is known for his clear communication, collaborative approach, and ability to align pricing strategies with project goals, helping drive value for both clients and project teams.
Wagenaar has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Public Relations) from Dordt University.
TRICO also announced that Allie Lyons is the new Building Group Administrator. Lyons has over five years of experience in project management, contracts and communications, with a background that includes maritime and service-based project delivery. She brings a strong focus on organization, collaboration, and client satisfaction. Her proactive communication and problem-solving skills support efficient project delivery and contribute to TRICO's continued growth and success.
Lyons holds a degree in Political Science and Legal Studies from Western Washington University.

JB Hall has been promoted to executive vice president of Lease Crutcher Lewis' growing Data Centers & Advanced Technology (DCAT) division, which he leads.
In a few short years, Hall has helped build the DCAT group from the ground up. The team is 70-plus strong, delivering data center projects in Washington, Oregon, Arizona and Texas. With 500-plus megawatts of capacity underway, the company's portfolio spans new builds, adaptive reuse, and fit-outs, meeting client needs with speed, precision and reliability.
With experience leading data center projects across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, Hall leads Lewis' DCAT division with an eye toward paced growth in the Western U.S.
