Lease Crutcher Lewis has added four project managers to its staff. Richard Teddy is managing the eight-story Wright Runstad/King County King Street Center office project, which will break ground in December near the Kingdome. He holds a degree in building construction from the University of Washington. Jim Frisby is in the Special Projects Division, where he is managing construction of a new synagogue for Temple B nai Torah in Bellevue. He has a degree in architecture and 20 years of industry experience. Chuck Fenno, a former LCL staff member, is working at the Matsushita Semiconductor Wafer Fabrication Plant project in Puyallup. He is a graduate of the University of Washington. Jay Sorensen is in charge of tenant improvements for retailers at Pacific Place in Seattle. He holds a degree in construction management from Washington State University.
Michael C. Goode has been appointed project manager at Construction Associates Inc. He is currently doing preconstruction planning for projects in Kent, Federal Way, Tacoma and Olympia. He has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and graduated from the University of Washington in its Construction Management Certificate Program.
Costa Pacific Homes, a Beaverton, Ore.-based homebuilder, has announced two appointments to top management positions. Bill McCrae has joined as the new chief financial officer and Scott Peterson has been named vice president. McCrae has 18 years of real estate experience. Peterson has been with the company since 1996, most recently as construction manager.
