The Seattle office of DPR Construction Inc. has added John Gilson as a project manager and Jeff Van Sickle as an estimator. Gilson has over 15 years of experience in all phases of construction management. He holds a degree in building management from the University of Washington and is a certified project management professional. Van Sickle has more than 13 years of industry experience and graduated from the former Building Construction Department at the University of Washington.
Three new division presidents were recently appointed at RCI Construction Group in Sumner. Andrew Albrecht is the new president of Robison Construction Inc., Peter B. Wold of RCI Environmental Inc. and Ralph Mason of RCI Civil & Industrial Inc. In his new position, Albrecht will focus on utility and earthwork construction. He holds an administration and finance degree from Central Washington University. Wold will focus on development of RCI Environmental's radioactive cleanup work for the federal government. He holds a civil engineering degree from the University of Washington. Mason will continue to focus on wastewater and water treatment, while pioneering a new direction in marine and hydroelectric projects. He was a partner in Venture Construction Co. for 19 years.
Air-Lec Industries of Madison, Wis., has selected Edward Ledger Industrial Sales of Seattle to represent its line of high-speed automatic door operators. The company claims the openers reduce contamination and heating/cooling costs for warehouses by rapidly opening and closing outside doors.

Foushee & Associates has made Mark Stillwell a partner and promoted Brian Gibson to project manager of its Tenant Improvement Department. Stillwell has been with the company for eight years and currently manages its Tenant Improvement and Service departments. Gibson has been with the firm for four years and holds a construction management degree from the University of Washington.
Sam Yaghmaie has been appointed department manager of PSI's Construction Services Department. Yaghmaie was previously director of technical operations at AAR Testing Laboratory. He holds a civil engineering degree from Seattle University.
Mike Sotelo, executive vice president of Approach Management Services, has been appointed to the Workers' Compensation Advisory Committee of the state Department of Labor and Industries. The committee includes labor and management representatives. It advises L&I and the Legislature on industrial insurance matters.
