Erik Bodholt of Veradale, Spokane County, has been named a fellow by the Construction Management Association of America. Bodholt is one of the founding members of the association, and has helped develop standards and practices for the construction management industry. The association also announced new officers and board members for the Pacific Northwest Chapter. Included are: George Banning of Certified CM Services, president; Sam Yaghmaie of Harris & Associates, vice president; Jared Moore of Carter + Burgess, secretary; Lanie Ralph of the University of Washington, treasurer; and Troy Pyles of Vanir Construction Management, immediate past president. New directors include: Dan Becker of CH2M Hill and Eric Smith of the U.W. Returning board members include: founding president Don Laford of URS Construction Services, Ed Field of URS Construction Services and Paul Berry of the city of Seattle.

Lakewood's John Korsmo Construction has hired Jarrod A. Fenberg as a project manager. Fenberg brings over a decade of experience to the firm. He holds a bachelor's degree in building construction from the University of Washington.
The Utility Contractors Association of Washington has selected Esperanza International as its charity partner for its annual auction, which is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 11 at the SeaTac Marriott Hotel.
