Bellevue's GLY Construction has added Kevin Eng as project engineer, Jeff Van Sickle as estimator, Kelly Montaño as marketing coordinator and Mishelle Storseth as account specialist. Eng holds bachelor's degrees in construction management and architectural studies from the University of Washington. Jeff Van Sickle has more than 20 years of design and construction experience, and holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from the University of Washington.

Materials Testing and Consulting

John Massett has been certified as technical director to oversee Materials Testing and Consulting's nationally accredited Centralia laboratory and office. Massett has been with the company for four years, most recently as regional manager for its southwestern Washington operations. The company performs geotechnical engineering, construction testing and inspection services from three offices in the Puget Sound.

Quadrant Homes

Quadrant Homes earned first place honors at this year's APEX Award competition, held Nov. 4 in Las Vegas. Quadrant won the Leadership and Management Practices category, and was cited for fostering a safe and healthy work environment. Quadrant is a subsidiary of Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Co.

Ross Woods has been appointed president of Seattle-based Longitude 122 LLC. Woods has 23 years of real estate experience. Woods, a member of Triad Development since 1990, will continue as executive vice president of that company. Longitude 122 is a construction company started by Triad.
