Rich holds an associate's degree in CADD from ITT Technical Institute, and has seven years of experience as a drafter/detailer for HVAC and electrical systems. Malasiewicz holds a bachelor's degree from Warsaw University of Technology in Poland, and has more than four years of industry experience. Dace manages integrated project delivery and building information modeling for all BNBuilders offices. He has more than 20 years of experience in design, construction and 3-D modeling.

Auburn's Electrical Construction Co. hired Roy Hella as director of Seattle construction. Hella is an electrician by trade, and has 29 years of industry and management experience. The Seattle office opened in 1998 and includes the electrical construction, low-voltage and energy groups.

Delansig is a registered professional engineer experienced in HVAC, plumbing and piping design. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Venable has been in the industry for more than 10 years, specializing in energy systems evaluation, environment and laboratory controls, performance assurance, and remote technologies. Upegui holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from City University of Seattle and an associate’s degree in graphic design from The Art Institute of Seattle.
