Bridges focuses on employee benefits, employee relations and regulatory compliance. She has 10 years of human resources experience and studied business at the University of Washington. Cartmill holds a bachelor's degree in construction engineering management from Oregon State University. He is working on tenant improvements at the University of Washington.

Adolfson & Peterson Construction appointed Kent Weicht as chief operating officer. Weicht has been with the company since 1984 and is based in the Denver office. He will be responsible for the company's day-to-day operations across the country, including the Northwest operations that are run through Rushforth Construction in Tacoma. In a related move, president Scott Weicht is becoming chief innovation and development officer. A company press release said it wants to grow geographically and in key market segments, such as energy and health care.

Erik Westover joined Seattle's BNBuilders as a project executive. Westover has 17 years of construction experience, with expertise in managing all phases of life science projects, as well as an extensive mechanical and electrical background. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Washington, is LEED accredited, and is a board member of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers.
