Miller

Graham Construction hired Webb Miller as project manager and John Jenkins as estimator. Miller holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from the University of Washington, and has eight years of experience with multifamily, office and healthcare projects. Jenkins holds an MBA from the University of Kansas, and has eight years of estimating experience with education, multifamily, office and healthcare projects. Graham is based Calgary, Alberta, and has a branch office in Seattle.

Laurence

Bellevue-based Express Construction Co. hired Glenn Laurence as chief estimator, Jeff Rockey as senior project manager, and Young Jae Kim and Lindsey Allen as project engineers. Laurence has over 37 years of estimating and preconstruction experience in a variety of areas including commercial office, medical and mixed-use. He spent the last 14 years with Sellen Construction. Rockey has over 35 years of commercial construction experience on projects ranging from $1 million to over $500 million. He also is experienced in estimating and scheduling.

Mortenson

Three new faces at Mortenson's Seattle office are: quality specialist Sage Drllevich, integrated construction coordinator Aparna Nene and project engineer Kyle Pryor. Drllevich previously worked for Mortenson in Phoenix. She holds a bachelor's degree from Northern Arizona University. Nene is managing BIM, virtual design and construction services on the Touchstone Tilt49 office project. Pryor transferred from Mortenson's Chicago office. He is working on the AMLI Arc residential tower, and is experienced with data centers, natural gas plants, residential, higher education and healthcare projects. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from the University of Central Missouri.

Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker

Gilchrist

Ryan Gilchrist joined the Seattle office of Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker after graduating last December from the University of Washington School of Law. Gilchrist's practice focuses on construction and government contracts, as well as business matters such as commercial litigation and bankruptcy.

Schuchart

Seattle-based Schuchart made Tyler Mjelde, Dan Rutkowski, Casey Schuchart and Jeff Tobin partners in the general contracting business. Mjelde, manager of the Building Division, specializes in mixed-use projects, data centers, labs, call centers and office buildings. Rutkowski, manager of the Industrial Division, is in charge of Boeing jobs. Casey Schuchart was also named vice president of strategy, where he will guide the company's growth. Tobin, manager of the Tenant Improvement Division and Service Team, has more than 20 years of experience in commercial construction, ranging from hands-on work in the field to facilities management, business operations and construction management. Other company partners are George Schuchart, Bob Gregorini and Jennifer Rosado.

Novinium

Engman

Kent-based Novinium hired Jon Engman as chief financial officer. Engman has over 20 years of experience leading high-tech companies, including several owned by Paul Allen. Novinium has an injection process that rejuvenates and extends the life of cables up to 40 years.





NRMCA

Marks

The National Ready Mixed Concrete Association named Andrew Marks 2016 Promoter of the Year for his support of the concrete industry. Marks is managing director of the Puget Sound Concrete Specifications Council, as well as director of the Washington chapter of the American Concrete Institute. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in civil engineering from the University of Idaho and is a professional civil engineer.
