In Seattle, Skanska USA promoted Jay Weisberger to vice president of communications and Michael LeMieux to marketing manager. Weisberger joined Skanska in 2008 and is now overseeing communications for Skanska's western region, which includes offices in Arizona, California, Colorado, Oregon and Washington. He is a graduate of Alfred University, an accredited public relations practitioner and a LEED AP. LeMieux supported regional and national projects for six years as part of Skanska's marketing team. He holds a bachelor's degree from Gonzaga University.

Auburn Mechanical hired Justin Pritchett as Construction Division manager. Pritchett previously held preconstruction and operations roles for a national general contractor, and has experience working on multifamily, high-rise, commercial, public works, hospitality and critical facilities projects. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Central Washington University.

Kent-based Hermanson Co. hired Brad Sharp as test and balance supervisor, specializing in commissioning and test-and-balance services. Sharp has earned over a dozen certifications including TAB Supervisor, Commissioning Supervisor and AHA Certified Healthcare Constructor. He has over 20 years of experience in mechanical construction on a variety of small to large projects, and completed an HVAC apprenticeship with the U.S. Air Force.


In Puyallup, Absher Construction Co. hired Larry Hutchinson and Mako Sakagami as project managers. Hutchinson spent the last 20 years working locally on a variety of projects, including multifamily, education, garage, retail, medical clinic and infrastructure. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from San Francisco State University. Sakagami is originally from Tokyo, where he worked for a Japanese general contractor for three years. In 2004 he moved to the U.S., where he earned a master's degree in construction management from the University of Washington.

In Bellevue, the Associated Builders and Contractors of Western Washington hired Anthony “Tony” Incrocci as safety and education manager. Incrocci previously worked as ramp safety manager at LSG Sky Chef and safety coordinator and trainer at Sunbelt Rentals. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Central Washington University, and certifications/licenses including OSHA 30, CPR, and decision driver trainer.
