Henninger has nine years of construction experience, with a strong background in field operations, preconstruction and project management. Magar interned at Lewis in 2018 and recently graduated from the University of Washington with a master's in construction management. Jaedicke served two years as an engineering officer in the Army after earning a bachelor's in mechanical engineering at West Point.

In Burlington, Trico Companies promoted Roger Kee to project manager. Kee joined Trico last year as a senior project engineer. He has over 25 years of experience in procurement, contract management and construction project management, and is a Naval ROTC graduate of the University of Washington, serving seven years as a Supply Corps officer.

In Seattle, Lease Crutcher Lewis promoted Chad Simon to yard operations manager, Grant Wright to superintendent, and Jason Aldrich and Dan Kathman to area superintendents. Simon has been with Lewis since 2003, starting as a laborer and moving to the yard a year later. Wright has been with the company since 2013 and in construction since 1982. Aldrich began his career as a carpenter and joined Lewis as a project engineer in 2014. Kathman, LEED GA, began his career as a laborer and carpenter, and joined Lewis in 2013 as a project engineer.

Swinerton

General contractor Swinerton opened an office in Spokane led by Jeremiah Shakespeare with support from Joshua LaSharr. Shakespeare has 18 years of experience building a variety of projects, with a focus on healthcare. LaSharr is helping with community and trade partner outreach. Swinerton has been building in Spokane for almost a decade mostly through its Bellevue office. It recently finished the Spokane Tribe Casino and Highway 2 roundabout. The new address is: 1005 W.
