In Seattle, Lease Crutcher Lewis promoted Tina Sealey to safety manager, Lyndi Richmond to VDC coordinator and MacKenzie Junor to communications specialist. Sealey is a five-year safety professional who joined Lewis in 2018. Richmond has been with the company for over two years after earning a bachelor's in mechanical engineering from Washington State University Everett. Junor joined the firm's marketing department two years ago. She holds a bachelor's in journalism from Western Washington University.

Sean Sewell is the new environmental health and safety director at Holt Services in Edgewood. Sewell's background in safety stems from his 26 years in the Army. He replaced John Johnson, who retired. Holt is an environmental, geotechnical and clean water drilling contractor.

Roen Associates hired Skott Young as a project manager and cost estimator in Seattle. Young has extensive experience in design review and inspection of building envelope/enclosures developed during his seven years at Morgan Design Group. Roen is a construction cost estimating firm with offices in Seattle and Spokane.


In Kent, Hermanson Co. hired Jim Reynolds as a business unit leader and promoted Eric van der Veen to the same position. Reynolds has over 40 years of industry experience, including executive-level roles at Holaday-Parks, PSF and Auburn Mechanical. He is business unit leader for the Infrastructure & Public Works division. Van der Veen was an account executive at Hermanson and has over 23 years of industry experience. He is business unit leader for the Highrise, Hospitality & Office division. Hermanson provides mechanical construction, design-build engineering and service/maintenance.
