Salmon Bay Landing

Salmon Bay Landing, the first completed project in a three-building development, was finished in November at 2320 W. Commodore Way in Seattle’s Magnolia neighborhood.

The 34,500-square-foot office condominium has three stories above a level of on-grade parking for 79 vehicles. The building can accommodate up to 11 units.

Salmon Bay Landing’s open floor plan allows natural daylight to reach through the building. Other green features include recycled building materials, a high-efficiency HVAC system, and nontoxic paints, flooring and construction adhesives.

The lobby walls and entryway include an installation of reclaimed cedar that once provided tie-ups for halibut boats in the ship canal 200 feet away. The site was previously the Marco shipyard.
