Archbright, a legal and human resources firm for employers, has completed a 29,000-square-foot tenant improvement project at 5601 Sixth Ave. S. in Seattle's Georgetown neighborhood.

The design uses an open-office concept, with individual work spaces, touchdown spaces and private huddle rooms.

Separation between the public and private training events was important, but common amenities were kept in public areas to encourage interaction between employees and clients.

Brand integration was key in the design, and Archbright’s blue and green color palette is reflected in materials used throughout.

A quiet, yet open environment was created by using ceiling clouds and by separating workstations into neighborhoods.

To maximize daylight and views at workstations, offices and meeting rooms are located on the interior of the floor. LED lighting and electronic room schedulers are used to enhance productivity and maximize efficiency.

An enclosed library with a fireplace creates a comfortable work area.

The space also has locker banks and other common storage areas.
