Mira Flats

Mira Flats is a new six-story, 162-unit condominium building at 1085 103rd Ave. in downtown Bellevue.

Studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units range from 400 to 1,200 square-feet, priced from the $400,000s to more than $1 million.

Mira Flats has open floor plans, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and large windows with roller blinds. Many units have walk-in closets and private outdoor spaces.

Amenities include a private courtyard, lounge, underground parking, pet wash area and a rooftop deck with a firepit, barbeques, outdoor kitchen, dog run, and city and mountain views.
