Luna
Luna is a new four-story, mixed-use building at 2749 California Ave. S.W. in West Seattle.
A PCC Community Market has opened in the ground-floor retail space. There are 108 apartments above, including 27 affordable units.
Residents have access to a fitness center, lounge, rooftop terrace, dog area, bike storage and package lockers.
Units have mountain and Puget Sound views, quartz countertops, full-sized washers and dryers, and balconies and patios.
There are 158 parking stalls underground and another 30 surface stalls for shoppers.
