Infinity Shore Club is a new 37-unit luxury condominium project at 1250 Alki Ave. S.W.
With 200 feet of waterfront, the dual-tower design optimizes views and privacy. Behind, the hillside offers a living green backdrop for a terrace.
The two six-story wings are united by a glassy two-story residents' lounge overlooking the central sundeck courtyard, where the namesake infinity pool cascades into a street-level water wall. The design also allows for two elevator cores for better circulation and privacy, as well as large windows for daylight and views.
Inside, warm woods and muted tones are used, with water and beach hues throughout. Unit layouts of varying floorplans ensure water views for each unit, with fold-back glass NanaWalls accessing extra-large decks. A roof deck has a mix of green spaces, fire pits, outdoor kitchens and lounging areas with 360-degree vistas of the water, mountains and skyline.
