Runoff good for kayaks, not fishing
CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — Fly fishermen might as well keep their waders dry for the next several weeks instead of trying to tease trout out of Rocky Mountain streams swollen from what's expected to be extremely high runoff.
But it's a going to be a good season for whitewater.
