Skagit Valley tulip festival in full bloom

MOUNT VERNON (AP) — Sunshine in recent days has Skagit Valley tulips blooming.

Tulip festival spokeswoman Betsy Nevi in Mount Vernon says the fields of flowers are showing lots of color.
