Developers show off high-tech ski goggles
DENVER (AP) — Ski goggles are getting a boost in augmented reality.
Recon Instruments said Wednesday it is allowing Android developers to build applications for its MOD Live heads-up display for ski goggles. The heads-up display system includes various sensors, plus a tiny screen built into the lower corner of goggles to show a skier's speed, navigational information and other details.
