Gayle Bard is best known for her large-scale landscapes like this one, “Bainbridge Island Cloud,” part of the BIMA retrospective.
BAINBRIDGE ISLAND — Bainbridge Island Museum of Art is showing a solo retrospective called “Gayle Bard: A Singular Vision” through Jan. 5. It covers her early installations and sculptures, as well as large-scale landscape paintings that blend abstraction with representation.
