At the Movies: Ford hits a firewall in toothless thriller

By CHRISTY LEMIRE
AP Movie Critic

Harrison Ford could have made "Firewall" in his sleep — and at times it feels like he did.

FIREWALL

Director: Richard Loncraine

Cast: Harrison Ford, Paul Bettany, Virginia Madsen, Carly Schroeder, Jimmy Bennett

Rating: PG-13 for some intense sequences of violence

Running time: 100 minutes

It's the most generic of high-tech kidnap thrillers — not even interesting enough to be guilty-pleasure bad. You'll be forgiven for confusing it with "Ransom" or "Hostage." They're all essentially interchangeable.
