GeoEngineers of Redmond announced the promotions of Galan McInelly and Chuck Lindsay to principal. McInelly has 14 years geomorphic, hydrogeologic, environmental, and geotechnical experience in the western U.S. During his 12 years with GeoEngineers, he has played a key role in developing engineering geology services within the firm. McInelly has played a primary role in managing geohazards for Olympic Pipe Line Company, has been instrumental in developing water resource services and is the manager of the geology and water resources department in Redmond.

Lindsay has been instrumental in developing and managing the Geology and Water Resources Department within the firm. He has managed water resource projects including water supply projects for numerous clients including Skagit County PUD, Spokane County, Cities of Goldbar and Stanwood and Birch Bay Water and Sewer District. Also, Lindsay has been involved in the watershed planning process for the Skagit and Nisqually River Basins.
