Geotech Consultants, Inc. has announced four appointments. Marc McGinnis has been promoted to president from vice president, and D. Robert Ward, has moved up from senior engineer to vice president. Both have become principals and partners in the firm. James Strange Jr. has been promoted from staff engineer to senior engineer, and Kris Hauck has joined the firm as a staff engineer. McGinnis joined Geotech in 1989, and has 13 years geotechnical engineering experience in the Pacific Northwest. Ward has been working as a geotechnical engineer in the Northwest since 1986. Strange has been a Geotech staff engineer and project manager since 1993. Hauck completed his degree in civil engineering at Montana State University in May 2000.
