Paul Inghram was recently named senior planner at Berryman & Henigar in Seattle. Inghram is providing city planner services to the city of Sultan. He previously was with David Nemens and Associates, where he provided a broad range of services to cities and counties in the state.
Jon Stack has been named director of engineering. Stack is project manager for the design of a trunk sewer for the city of Marysville and for the Waverly Beach Park Lift Station rehabilitation for the city of Kirkland. He was principal of S.T. Engineering for 20 years, where he specialized in providing project management and principal engineer services to utility districts and cities.
