Berger/ABAM

Bill Allen was recently promoted to Grade VIII senior project manager at Berger/ABAM Engineers in Federal Way. Allen has been responsible for project management for the planning, design, analysis and cost estimation of new and existing structures. He has supervised and performed condition surveys, testing, and field inspection services for a variety of heavy construction contracts. Janice Zahn has been promoted to Grade VI project engineer. Zahn has 12 years of civil and structural experience, including analysis, design, cost estimating and construction documents review. She has specific experience with public works, waterfront, and offshore projects. Lars Holte has been promoted to Grade V project engineer. Holte has over seven years of experience in the analysis, design and condition survey of commercial and industrial building facilities. In addition, he has a strong background in construction administration and support for concrete, steel and wood-frame structures.
