Economic and Engineering Services

Economic and Engineering Services announced several additions and promotions. Brad Bogus has joined the Tri-Cities office as a senior engineer. He brings 10 years of experience with water and wastewater treatment facilities. He was project manager for the Lake Stevens Hypolimnetic Aeration Project, which won the Consulting Engineers Council of Washington Grand Design Award in 1995.

Steve Harrison, senior project engineer, recently joined the Bellevue office. He has 16 years of engineering experience, specializing in site development, surface water and construction management skills. Prior to joining EES he was a principal for a small civil/environmental consulting firm in Issaquah. Cyril Larson recently joined the Olympia office as a project engineer. He has 10 years of design experience in planning, evaluation, design and construction management of water and wastewater facilities, and stormwater conveyance and treatment facilities.

Rachel Dwyer joined the Bellevue office as marketing coordinator. Betsy Brower is a new office assistant in the Bellevue office and Amanda Anderson is office manager in the Olympia office.
