Glosten

David Halliday, a software and network systems specialist, has joined Glosten Associates, a Seattle-based consulting engineering firm serving the marine industry. Halliday is responsible for maintaining and enhancing Glosten’s computing facilities to support design development, analysis and research. Prior to joining Glosten, Halliday worked as a lab manager at Microsoft, where he managed 900 computer systems. He also owned and operated Grey Matter, a computer store that assembled and sold PC hardware to small businesses plus consulted and trained computer users.
