Berger/ABAM

Bob Harn of Berger/ABAM Engineers in Federal Way was recently promoted to Grade VII project manager. Harn has 22 years of experience in the design, analysis and condition survey of a variety of building, bridge and waterfront projects. He has special expertise in seismic evaluation and design technology as it applies to new structure design and renovation. Harn received his bachelor’s in civil engineering from Montana State University.

Jeff Kilborn has been promoted to Grade V project engineer. Kilborn has 10 years of civil and structural engineering experience with waterfront/marine, transportation and building facilities projects. He has a strong background in specifications writing, cost estimates and construction inspection for transportation facilities projects.

Jerry Waldron has been promoted to Grade IV senior engineer. Waldron is skilled in the analysis and design of waterfront and public works facilities projects constructed in concrete, timber and steel. His expertise also includes permitting assistance, construction inspection and field engineering.
