AHBL, Inc. on Sept. 17 opened its Seattle branch office in Pioneer Square. Michael Kattermann has been named managing associate. He will oversee public and private projects, with an emphasis on services for local governments. Duane Dietz will join the Seattle office as senior landscape architect. He has 11 years of professional experience, and has worked on a variety of zoos, wetland restoration and community-based design projects. Both Seattle and Tacoma offices provide civil and structural engineering, urban and land planning, landscape architecture and land surveying services.
