Otak

Roger Millar has been named director of transportation planning to provide firm-wide guidance in client service and project delivery for Otak’s transportation services. He will focus on expanding the company’s leadership role in the areas of transit planning and design, and the integration of transportation, land use policy and planning. As a public official and in private practice, Millar has managed or been a contributor to a number of significant projects, including the Portland Streetcar, the River District Development Plan, the Columbia Corridor economic development initiative and the Lloyd District improvement programs in Portland.
