Kennedy/Jenks

Kennedy/Jenks Consultants announced that Aaron Eder has joined the firm’s Portland office as a senior staff engineer. Eder is a civil engineer with six years experience. He has worked on large water mains, stormwater conveyance systems and infrastructure improvement packages, and was project manager and lead designer for several construction packages for Portland's Bureau of Water Works. Eder assisted the Bureau of Water Works in preparing the developer’s manual that establishes standards that consultants must follow in design of developer-constructed public water mains.

Deonne Knill has joined the Portland office as senior staff engineer. Knill is a civil engineer with experience in environmental compliance and RCRA facility investigations. She worked as a scientist/engineer in an environmental consulting firm where she developed and implemented chemical management systems and assisted clients in technical and environmental reporting.

Stacey Chapman has joined the firm’s Portland office as marketing coordinator. Chapman has skills in marketing engineering services, including desktop publishing, page layout, graphics and Web design.
