Weber + Thompson recently announced staff promotions of Scott Boyle, Chris Golden, Mindy Hurlbut, Jin Lee and Jim Westcott to associates. In addition, Rick Nishino has been promoted to senior associate.
Boyle is a project manager and designer. He is currently working on LakePointe, a mixed-use development to be built on approximately 50 acres of waterfront land with almost 1.25 million square feet of commercial and residential space. His background includes work on hospitality, commercial, retail, residential, institutional and academic projects.
Golden has 16 years of architectural design and development experience from project inception to construction completion. As a project manager, Golden is working on Solara a 340,000-square-foot, residential, mixed-use project in Lake City Way, as well as the $110 million Union Plaza project in Denver.
Hurlbut has been with the firm since 1999, and has experience in the areas of mixed-use projects, custom residential and historic preservation. Her current projects include mixed-use, urban infill projects in Pioneer Square, Magnolia, and West Seattle and a custom residence on Lake Washington.
Lee is a project manager responsible for design, development and project management for various mixed-use and commercial projects. Lee manages over the Eastgate Plaza project, a six-story commercial project with 73,688 square feet built over four levels of underground parking.
Westcott is responsible for design, project management and construction on a variety of mixed-use projects including Broadway Plaza, Counter Balance Court and Lakefront, all in Seattle. Westcott has 25 years of professional experience in architecture and construction.
Nishino has 17 years of experience of architecture, planning and construction administration for multifamily, mixed-use, retail, office and industrial projects. Nishino recently completed Uptown Queen Anne Apartments, a mixed-use project with 60 residential units and 2,500 square feet of commercial space. Nishino is also working on the commercial project, Eastgate Plaza.
