Harding ESE

Harding ESE promoted Khashayar Nikzad to associate structural engineer. He is currently managing structural engineering for the Nooksack Diversion Dam for the city of Bellingham, as well as their bridge ratings. He has contributed 11 technical papers to well known civil engineering journals and conferences and has written two reports on damage assessment of two recent earthquakes for EERI newsletter
