Joseph Galloway has joined Berger/ABAM Engineers' Federal Way office. Galloway’s background includes design and inspection of building and transportation projects. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from Washington State University.
Kelly Pitera recently joined the Federal Way headquarters. Pitera’s background includes concrete and soils testing, transportation and structural design, and construction management. She received her bachelor’s in civil engineering from Villanova University in Philadelphia.
Melinda Webb has also joined the Federal Way headquarters as marketing coordinator. Webb’s background focuses on proposal and qualifications coordination, business development event planning and coordination and data base management. She received her bachelor’s degree in international business from Linfield College in Oregon.
Vicki Shapley recently joined the Federal Way headquarters as a senior environmental scientist. Prior to joining Berger/ABAM, Shapley worked with King County Department of Transportation (DOT) as an acting manager and supervisor of the environmental unit, working with all sectors in King County DOT. Shapley’s 18 years of experience with King County consists of project environmental review components for transportation projects, from local to federal jurisdictions. She has a bachelor’s in environmental health and microbiology from Colorado State University.
