Parsons Brinckerhoff

Parsons Brinckerhoff, a transportation engineering firm, announced its new area manager for Seattle is Jared Smith, former regional transit manager for the city of Seattle. Smith succeeds Richard Page, now a principal consultant with the management consulting division of Parsons Brinckerhoff.
