Sclater

Sclater Partners Architects, a full service architectural design and planning firm in Seattle, has named Jay E. Reeves and Craig L. Kasman partners. Reeves rejoined the firm in 1997 after 13 years with a Seattle real estate developer as project manager/owner's representative. He is the principal in charge of a 10-story office building currently under construction at Fifth and Jackson, a 3-story mixed-use facility for the non-profit Treehouse and several major tenant improvement projects. His background includes work on retail, multi-family residential and commercial projects.

Kasman has been with Sclater Partners for 12 years and was principal in charge of the recently completed Corner at Bellevue Square. He has 26 years of architectural design and planning experience and is project manager for all facility improvement projects at Bellevue Square and Bellevue Place. He is also the principal in charge of the Bellevue Place expansion, currently under development, that will add a new tower to the existing mixed-use facility.
