CH2M Hill made two appointments in its Northwest transportation business group.

Jory Abrams has been promoted to transportation business group manager for CH2M Hill’s Northwest region, which includes Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Montana, Idaho and Hawaii. Previously, Abrams served as regional project delivery manager for the transportation business group. She is a certified senior project manager for CH2M Hill and teaches project management courses both internally and externally. She will lead the firm’s technical and business growth in the Northwest for highways, bridges, transit, ports, ferries, airports, and related defense facilities.

Mark Mulvihill has joined CH2M Hill as its Northwest regional business development and planning manager. Based in Seattle, Mulvihill has experience in design-build and mega projects, business development and project management. He'll lead business development efforts in the Northwest. Mulvihill is on the Mega Design Build Liaison Committee for the state Department of Transportation, Washington Chapter of the Associated General Contractors and Washington Chapter of the American Consulting Engineers Association.
