Rice Fergus

Michael L. Miller has become a new partner in the downtown Bremerton architectural firm Rice Fergus Miller Architecture & Planning, joining partners Steven Rice and David Fergus. Miller joins the firm after having practiced since 1983 at Seattle's NBBJ, where he was director of senior living design and a health care practice leader. Miller specializes in design and master planning of health care facilities and senior housing projects.

The firm begun in 1987 and has grown to a staff 15. In addition to health care and senior housing, the firm emphasizes fire and emergency services projects and community business facilities planning.
