Christine Zimmer has joined Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates as a project architect. Zimmer has worked on historic and contemporary buildings. She has performed field investigations and condition surveys on wood structures, cast-in-place concrete, terra cotta, stucco, stone, brick masonry, exterior insulation and finish systems, vinyl siding, roofing systems and waterproofing systems.

Peter M. Ryan joined WJE in 2001 and has recently been promoted to senior architect/engineer. Ryan has worked on historic and contemporary buildings and has been involved with repair and field investigation, construction documentation, condition assessments, code analysis, building assembly research, moisture infiltration testing and litigation support.

Amy Lamb Woods has joined as a project architect/engineer. She has worked on projects such as concrete investigation and repair, granite cleaning, terra cotta investigation and repair, travertine condition assessment, stone patching and repair, masonry water leakage testing, mortar matching, earthquake damage assessments and historic structure reports.

Kip Gatto has joined as a project engineer. Gatto has worked on structural analysis and repair of buildings. He has experience in repair and upgrade of earthquake damaged, fire damaged and severely decayed structures.

Richard G. Clausen has returned as a senior materials specialist. He has worked on numerous projects involving condition surveys, failure investigations and repair assessments of contemporary and historic structures, field inspections, and on-site troubleshooting of high strength and structural lightweight concrete, shotcrete, reinforced masonry and reinforced and prestressed concrete construction.
