ESM

Mary Mader, corporate marketing manager, will lead all marketing efforts including strategic planning and special events at ESM. She has 10 years marketing experience in the AEC industry throughout the Northwest, Australia and southeast Asia. She is active in the Society of Marketing Professional Services and authors the "Dear Marketer" column for the SMPS Regional Newsletter.

Craig Olson will serve as government services manager for the firm’s Public Works Division. He has 25 years of governmental relations and engineering experience. He recently secured $4.7 million for six regional transportation projects. He is actively involved in the Society of Value Engineers-Puget Sound Chapter, the American Society of Civil Engineers and American Public Works Association.

Raymond Miller joins as a senior project manager in the Federal Way office. Prior to joining ESM, Ray provided project management, scheduling and quality control for several residential, educational and office park projects.

William Goggin has joined the Bothell office as a senior project manager. Goggin has 30 years experience, specializing in land development and public works projects.

In addition to the new staff above, three staff members have recently been promoted: Ron Guest has been promoted to principal and serves as general manager in charge of the Bothell office. Guest has 25 years experience in land planning and design, infrastructure design and construction management. Mike Bowen was named principal and serves as senior survey project manager for large public and private projects. Rick Foxworthy has been promoted to associate. He has served as crew chief and a field and project manager.

ESM is a Federal Way civil engineering, planning, surveying and project management firm, founded in 1982.
