The surface water division of Tetra Tech infrastructure services group announced several staff additions: Taunja Berquam, David Broadfoot, Tonya Giebel, Jaime Krakowiak, Larry Paul and Jacob Venard. Berquam will be providing project management, planning and client development expertise for the firm's Portland office. Prior to joining Tetra Tech, Berquam was the continuing authorities program manager at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland district.
Broadfoot specializes in multi-disciplined task and project management for NEPA compliance, and will be project manager for the firm's master contract with the Alaska District Corps of Engineers. As marketing coordinator, Giebel is responsible for marketing and business development activities in six of the firm's western U.S. office locations.
Krakowiak joins the firm as hydrologic technician, and will assist the firm with project communication, hydrographic field data collection, hydrologic analysis and report preparation. Krakowiak is currently working on the analysis of several river and floodplain systems, including the Rio Grande, Pecos, Colorado and Gunnison rivers.
Paul has experience with ecosystem restoration projects, harbor issues, shoreline protection and beach erosion programs. As senior manager with Tetra Tech, Paul will work coastal and watershed programs.
