CH2M Hill

Chemical industrialist David B. Price was recently elected to the CH2M Hill board of directors, at the firm's annual shareholders meeting in Denver. Price is former president of Noveon, Inc., which was previously the performance materials segment of the B.F. Goodrich Co. He was president and chief operating officer of B.F. Goodrich performance materials and executive vice president of the B.F. Goodrich. In addition to his position on the CH2M Hill board of directors, Price has served on the boards of Tenneco Automotive, Boatmen's National Bank of St. Louis and Lukens, Inc.
