New senior vice presidents are Ron Anderson and Tom Service. Anderson, Bellevue transportation manager, has been in charge of delivering some of the Puget Sound region’s largest and most complex transportation projects, such as the completion of I-90 in Seattle and extensive expansion of the region’s HOV system. He is currently managing the I-405 corridor program, a $7 billion transportation improvements program.
Service, Bellevue survey manager, leads the Bellevue survey team on projects in the Puget Sound region. He has more than 25 years of experience and has worked on projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, WSDOT and Port Blakely Communities.
New senior associates are Linda Stroud, Rick Dickman and Randy Anderson. Stroud, Washington regional marketing director, leads David Evans' five Puget Sound offices in strategic planning, pubic relations and business development. Stroud has 20 years of experience in marketing for A/E firms in the Puget Sound area.
As the senior survey project manager for the Bellevue office, Dickman has 23 years of experience in land surveying and has managed large-scale transportation mapping projects, right-of-way establishment and preparation of legal descriptions for city annexations, right-of-way, land parcels and easements.
Anderson has been involved with the design and construction of public works projects since 1967. As the Tacoma office engineering manager, Anderson performs engineering design, permitting and construction management for site, utility, stormwater and roadway projects for a variety of clients. Prior to joining DEA, Anderson served as the engineering manager for Pierce County.
David Evans has also named new associates in the Puget Sound region. Bellevue office: Katherine Casseday, senior transportation engineer; Dennis Siplia, senior transportation engineer; and Sean Douthett, land surveyor. Tacoma office: Michael Davolio, senior planner; Daniel Scamporlina, landscape architecture manager; Matthew West, survey manager; Denise Storaasli, marketing manager; and Renee Kohler, office administrator.
