CDi Engineers hired Wesley D. Armstead as director of health care services. He has 20 years of health care and construction management experience including code compliance, facilities management and planning, infrastructure operations, energy management and facility master planning. Armstead is responsible for coordination of project planning, team organization, quality control and client liaison.

In addition, Debbie Anderson has joined CDi Engineers. With 20 years of experience, she provides technical and administrative assistance to all staff members.
