Jack Pinkard, Rick Oehmcke, Craig Stauffer and Brian Phair recently were promoted to principals at Putnam Collins Scott Associates.
Pinkard has been project manager on a wide variety of buildings including Columbia Bank Center, Good Samaritan Children’s Therapy Unit, PLU Music Building, Quadrant Lake Union Center, Hokold Pacific Towers and numerous K-12 new and renovated schools, including new high schools in Kent, Auburn, Sumner and Bethel.
Stauffer is manager in charge of the expanding Seattle office. Current and recent projects include the Central Washington University Music Education Center, Central Washington University Black Hall, University of Washington Tacoma Campus Science Building, Truman High School, the Tulalip Health Center and Assisted Living Facilities in Studio City and Pacific Beach, Calif.
Oehmcke has served as project manager on many of the firm's educational and other projects including Mount Tahoma High School, Pioneer Motorcycle Museum, Redmond Junior High School, The Bear Creek School, Tacoma Public Utilities Additions/Seismic Upgrades, and numerous assisted living facilities in Washington, California, and Arizona.
Phair's recently completed and current projects include Phase 1B-University of Washington Tacoma Campus, Redmond High School, Denney Juvenile Justice Center, Arlington High School, Kitsap Fire Training Tower, Ballou Junior High, Pierce County Jail and the new Mount Tahoma Stadium
