Chuck Spry was recently promoted to Grade VII project manager at Berger/ABAM Engineers Inc. in Federal Way. Spry has 22 years of experience in the analysis, design and construction of transportation, marine and waterfront structures. His background focuses on planning, civil and structural engineering, inspection, cost estimating, research and development, field engineering, and construction support and management. Spry received his bachelor’s in civil engineering from the University of Washington.
Joseph Galloway has been promoted to Grade III engineer with Berger/ABAM’s Federal Way headquarters. Galloway’s background includes design and inspection of building and transportation projects.
Kate McGowan, of Berger's Federal Way headquarters, has been promoted to Grade II engineer. McGowan’s background focuses on structural engineering for transportation and water resource facilities.
Matt Bollinger has been promoted to CAD operator IV. Bollinger has nine years of experience serving as CAD operator and engineering technician for the company’s various divisions, including public works, waterfront/marine, buildings, and construction administration. Bollinger is also a member of the Berger/ABAM in-house underwater dive inspection team.
