Damon McAlister was recently promoted to senior engineer at Reid Middleton. McAlister is responsible for managing utility and site development projects for special-purpose districts, municipalities and private-sector developers. McAlister has worked at Reid Middleton for five years.
Julian Dodge was recently promoted to senior engineer. Dodge is responsible for managing site development and utility projects for state agencies, private organizations, municipalities and the military. Dodge has worked at Reid Middleton for 12 years, and is a member of the American Public Works Association and Associated General Contractors of Washington.
David Mach and Michelle Mach were recently promoted to project engineers. The Machs recently passed the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying Principle and Practice exam.
David Mach has worked at Reid Middleton for five years, specializing in stormwater management and geometric design for urban, suburban and rural roads and highways.
Michelle Mach has worked at Reid Middleton for six years, specializing in traffic engineering and roundabout design. She graduated from the University of Washington in 1996 with a degree in civil engineering.
Benjamin Balberdi was recently promoted to marketing coordinator. Balberdi is responsible for coordinating and producing statement of qualifications, proposals and rosters, as well as supporting corporate marketing efforts.
Jerry J. Franklin joined as survey group manager. Franklin will be responsible for managing survey operations, supervising project work and marketing Reid Middleton’s survey services. Franklin was with Entranco Engineers, where he served as survey project manager for 14 years.
Founded in 1953, the Everett-based firm provides civil and structural engineering, planning and surveying services to the street and highway, airport, waterfront, site development, utilities, surveying and structural design markets.
