GeoEngineers recently hired Jim Kleppe as corporate business development director in its Redmond office. He will lead the business development and client relations activities for the firm’s 11 offices. Kleppe brings 27 years of experience in key technical, managerial and business development positions. He is a leader in both geotechnical and environmental work and has served as a corporate marketing manager and client relations consultant.
Galan McInelly has been promoted to office manager for the Redmond, Seattle and Everett offices. He will have overall managerial, fiscal and business development responsibilities. During his 13 years with the firm, McInelly has been instrumental in developing its geologic and water resource services, and in managing strategic environmental and geohazard projects throughout the western U.S.
